Case Management

We offer a wide range of services to disabled people and/or professionals.

These services are available to all statutory and professional bodies. Please contact us for an informal discussion.

For some people, their injuries are severe enough to need intervention from a case manager to provide support and assistance to help them to achieve their optimum potential in rehabilitation and to maximise their quality of life. Depending on the nature and complexity of the injury, some people will only require support from a case manager in the initial phase of rehibilitation, whilst others will need life long support. We are well-placed to offer a bespoke service and have established a robust system to provide short, medium and long-term case management to clients with complex needs.

Allison Saltrese leads the company’s case management service and has undertaken work to promote standards of best practice in case management. Allison is actively involved with BABICM and CMSUK and initiated and established a peer support group for case managers based in the south west of England.

During conduct of the case, the case manager discusses his/her approach with a suitably experienced colleague, thus providing peer support and supervision.
