Case Management
For some people, their injuries are severe enough to need intervention from a case manager to provide support and assistance to help them to achieve their optimum potential in rehabilitation and to maximise their quality of life. Depending on the nature and complexity of the injury, some people will only require support from a case manager in the initial phase of rehabilitation, whilst others will need life long support.

Early Intervention Service
It is not enough for someone to tell you that they understand what you and your family are going through. Help from someone with personal experience can be invaluable. We know the importance of sorting out, as quickly as possible, those problems that seem insurmountable. Lack of a suitable wheelchair, accommodation, transport or personal support worker can exacerbate your disability, but this is something that can usually be sorted out fairly quickly and easily.
