Christopher was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a road traffic accident. He sustained a brain injury which rendered him paralysed with cognitive impairments and personality changes. Following his rehabilitation within the NHS, Christopher was placed in residential care and was not provided with the appropriate assistance.

Robert Taylor - Senior Partner

Robert Taylor (Senior Partner)

Robert is a C5/6 tetraplegic wheelchair user following a road traffic accident in 1976 and has over 34 years practical experience of living with a severe disability. He lives and works independently, supported by a 24 hour care package.

Robert has worked as an expert witness in personal injury litigation since 1991 and has given evidence in court on a number of occasions. He is a member of the British Academy of Experts.

Robert has addressed national and international conferences on issues relating to disability, particularly ‘independent living’ and has been a member of the British Coalition of Disabled People Independent Living Sub-committee.

He drives an adapted vehicle from his wheelchair and travels extensively for both business and pleasure.

Allison Saltrese is a Registered General Nurse, a member of the British Psychological Society SIG on Physical Health and Disability, a Specialist Health Promotion Practitioner and has significant research experience, particularly in the area of full time care packages. She is now undertaking a PhD part time at University of Southampton,

Allison has served as a director of CMSUK (Case Management Society UK) and worked on the education committee of BABICM (British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers). Allison is an advanced member of BABICM.

She is a co-Author of the Joint CMSUK & BABICM Code of Ethics and the 1st and 2nd editions of the CMSUK Guidelines.

Allison has an active case management caseload of clients who have injuries of the utmost severity.

We have a number of people who provide both professional and administrative support and who bring a wealth of experience from a variety of different backgrounds. The team work closely with our experts and case managers enabling us to function at a competitive level.

We endeavour to answer all telephone calls to the office between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
